You’ve been recommended remedial work by a Helifix Installer in your survey, what does this mean?

Helifix is a structural reinforcement system that is concealed and non disruptive.  From time to time properties show wear and tear and movement and Helifix masonry repair/crack stitching is a great solution to rectify this.  All works are guaranteed and are regularly approved by insurance companies and banks.

How can we help you?

We are specialist Helifix installers based in Hockley, but covering all of Essex.

Once you have been in touch, we will follow a simple process:

• We will ask you to send us a copy of the survey/structural engineer’s report;
• Visit the property to asses and survey the works;
• You will receive a quote from us within a couple of days, which you can provide to your insurance company or bank if necessary.  The price will include any additional measures such as scaffolding (identified on the site visit) and all materials.
• Schedule the works for a date that is convenient to you;
• Once the work is completed, we will provide you with. the relevant paperwork.
